Not enough good things to say about Felecia. She had a very good knowledge of the South Atlanta metropolitan area and was very responsive to anything that arose. Felicia is an AWESOME agent! My wife and I worked with her to purchase our home in Georgia and I really can’t say enough good things about her. My experience with Felicia Harold was not all that I imagined it would be when dealing with a real estate agent and purchasing my 1st home. We were out of state buyers and I did most of the work when finding our home. We waited weeks for our keys to arrive after purchasing the home and after moving in we moved in and the house was a dump. She didn’t request anything be done in the home to make sure the home was move in ready at all. The carpet and the home was dirty and we had to move in with our 1 week old baby in such conditions. I would not recommend her to anyone, it seemed as if she just wanted the sale. If it’s an easy sale I think that’s up her ally but if work has to be done on behalf of the client I’m not sure if she can deliver because she did not deliver for us.
